Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1.1. We grant the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Antigravity SEO Kit for SEO and GEO optimization of the User's projects.

1.3. Users may analyze unlimited domains on validly licensed devices.

2.1. The software is provided via one-time payment for the long-term cycle published on the website (e.g., 3 years or 5 years depending on the plan information at time of purchase).

2.2. During the license period, the User will receive all feature updates, bug fixes, and workflow upgrades free of charge.

2.3. When the license period ends, the right to receive updates will cease. The User may purchase a renewal to continue receiving updates.

3.2. The User is responsible for reading documentation, system requirements, and understanding features before payment. Lack of technical knowledge, change of mind, or inability to use the software will not be accepted as refund reasons.

4.1. Antigravity SEO Kit is designed with local storage architecture. All project data, website structures, content strategies, and exported files are stored directly on the User's device.

4.2. Solann Ecosystem does NOT collect, NOT sync to cloud, and NOT access your SEO data. Therefore, the Company is 100% exempt from liability in case of device damage, virus infection, hacker attacks leading to data loss or leakage.

5.1. The Antigravity SEO Kit purchase price is solely for the orchestration software license (AI SEO Manager). The software does not include any third-party API costs. Users are financially responsible for connecting their own API accounts (e.g., Google AI, OpenAI API, DataForSEO).

5.2. Content is automatically generated by Large Language Models (LLMs). Users understand that AI may produce inaccurate information (Hallucinations).

5.3. Users bear full legal, copyright, and accuracy responsibility for all data output from the software before publishing to their website.

6.1. Search engine and AI engine algorithms change constantly. We provide Antigravity SEO Kit as a "Professional Support Tool" and make NO guarantees of any specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.

6.2. The Company shall not be liable for damages if the User's website is penalized, de-indexed, or loses traffic due to strategies or content generated by the software.

7.1. All copyrights, software architecture, CLI commands, documentation interface, and the "Antigravity SEO Kit" brand are exclusively owned by SOLANN ECOSYSTEM COMPANY LIMITED.

8.1. Technical support via official channels: Email (support@solann.io), Zalo, Messenger.

8.2. We only support bugs originating from the tool itself. We do not provide basic SEO training, do not fix issues related to misconfigured local server environments, and do not code for individual projects.
